S&P Information... |
The Eco-R Soution is a unique combination of a cheap organic solution no more acidic than orange juice that’s coupled with a process that evokes the required chemical and thermal reactions to take place meeting the desired results requirements.
There are three/four ways to use the solution, with slight alterations deepening on the available equipment to suit a range of budgets, coupled with the endlessly reuseable solution that makes for an effectively cheap means to recover and separate waste metals. Below you’ll find basic information on the Solution, Use process, Equitment and some Additional information. |
Overview: The Eco-R Soution is comprised of 3 organic compounds that are widely used across many industries and are easily attainable, with a fourth required for metal precipitation, which creates the compound required to revert the solution back to a reusable state immediately.
The total cost per unit of the solution is £15.00 although one or more the compounds are free attainable. With a predicted pH of 4.189 it’s no more acidic than the orange juice you can purchase from a local super market. The solution should be keep out of direct sunlight at all times and stored in a cool, dark place of 10°C or less and should not be prepared in temperatures above 15°C. |
Use Process... |
Current tests have show a shown a prepping and use ambient room temperature of between 20°c to 25°c with a humidity of no more than 60% are exceptionable conditions to use and create the solution.
Once the solution has been produced, it’ll be ready use. Raising the solutions temperature to the activation peak temperature (less than a boiled kettle) over the course of several seconds. The material is placed in the solution. Once the desired reaction takes place lower the temperature to the set resting use temperature and add another sample, waiting several second before raising the temp again, until the reaction no longer takes place. |
Reactivation... |
After the solution has reached its first use capacity, the reactivation booster shot and solution must be prepared at an ambient operational temprature of 25°C or below (ideally 20°C) and added together.
This process can be repeated up to 31.745 times after the initial creation of the solution. |
Recovery... |
Once the solution has reach its final load capacity, the separated metal particles are precipitated from the solution using a common compound, and sieved out.
Then the metal powder can be sorted, dried and smelted &/or stored for late. During that process, the recovery and reactivation of the original compounds can take place. Taking only a few minutes to do. |
Reuse... |
Once the compounds are recovered, we can imidutly reuse them to begin the process again, however with a slight alteration depending on which methord is used to recovery the original compounds, (The fastest, more efficient methord will be advices as the post-pre use compounds can be stored for use later as well).
|
Overview: The required equipment varies depending on several factors.
With the mid range allowing for the full 100% recovery of a the freely replaceable compound that is evaporated off. The highest range allows for the recovery of the predicted total 0.1030187g of Non-toxic fumage released every full solution uses. . Equitment Cost EST. (Market/sorce dependant):
